How long does it take to get your order after making payment?

 

  • For customers within Nairobi, delivery is usually done within 1 day.

  • For customers outside Nairobi, delivery takes around 2 days.

  • For international orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, but we do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible and provide tracking.

Can I edit or change my order?

Yes, you can modify your order — but only within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your hoodie may already be in production or shipping, and changes may no longer be possible.
